October 2010 -- Jennifer Curtis and Tina Prevatte are co-founders of Farmhand Foods, LLC which opens for business October 28th in Durham at Full Steam Brewery. Sourcing from a network of small-scale producers, Farmhand Foods sells pasture-raised pork and beef cuts and specialty meat items to wholesale buyers and through its Sausage Wagon.
